Brian Duchac, Vice President of Engineering. Brian joined the MSI family 42 years ago. He has advanced progressively throughout the company, from hourly employee to head of Product Design. Brian’s acumen designing custom motors and overseeing our Quality Control Department were key experiences leading to his promotion.
Charles Helm, Vice President of Manufacturing. Charles joined the MSI family 36 years ago. He worked his way up from hourly employee to Armature Department Foreman then to Plant Manager. With his vast knowledge of our company’s day-to-day operations and his single-minded dedication to producing a quality, on-time product, Charles exemplifies “Being Responsible to Your Position®.”
Barbara O’Haver, Assistant Director of Operations. Barb joined the MSI family 37 years ago. She started at MSI fresh out of high school and within a few years was promoted to Foreman of Shipping and Receiving and Head of our Stockroom. Barb’s extensive knowledge of our products led to her appointment to Customer Service Manager. Barb’s unparalleled understanding of our company’s operations makes her a natural fit for her new position.
Lita Price, Director of Purchasing and Materials Management. Lita joined the MSI family 40 years ago. She started in the Field Department, manufacturing products and worked her way into management in our Stockroom and Shipping/Receiving Departments. Lita’s drive, which included returning to school to receive a degree in Materials Management/Logistics, while simultaneously working as MSI’s buyer embodies MSI’s “Pride in Motion”.
